How do I know if the garment fits?
We often get this question from our online shoppers. When shopping online, we suggest you know your measurements. We all know that sizes vary depending on the brand or country(European sizes vs American Sizes)
We aim to get clothes that fit easily, but do check the material and cut of the clothes you are buying. Here is a size chart!
As an extra bonus, we have representatives from our online department who will help with your purchase via email, on the phone, or on social media. So do not be shy to talk with them!
Are the brands authentic?
Yes! At Brother's, we ensure that our brands are authentic and sources are from trustworthy vendors.

What method of payments can I use?
Brother's Accepts the following:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, American Express, & Discover
Brother's Gift Cards: To use online, enter the four numbers from the thrid set on the back in the payment sections at checkout.
Cash and Checks are accepted in-store only.
At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders for online purchases.

How can I apply for a job?
We ask that you apply at our store in person with a copy of your resume.

Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping as a free gift to you! Some items may not be gift wrapped due to size and/or bulkiness. Some exclusions apply.
In-store you can ask our associates to have your item(s) gift wrapped at checkout.
Online, just select the "Yes to Gift Wrap" option.
How do alterations work?
We offer alterations for clothing that is bought from our store(excluding sale items) completely free to you! Once a garment is altered, it cannot be returned.
In-store, please let the sales person assisting you, that you would like your item altered. We will call you as soon as you purchase is ready for pickup.
Online, we do offer alterations to online shoppers. We ask that you know your measurements(we recommend getting measured by your local tailor/seam-tress for correct measurements). Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be altered before shipped out. You will recieve a phone call the day it is shipped. All sales are final after alteration.
Brother's also offers alterations to garments purchased elsewhere. Call or come visit for pricing.
How much will is cost to ship my order?
We offer multiple types of shipping which vary in cost. At checkout we do offer shipping estimates, simply type in your zip code for the estimated cost.
Brother's offers free ground shipping for orders over $100.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
Yes! In-Store purchases are eligible for returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchasing.
Online purchases are also eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

How long before my order arrives?
Typically, orders take any where from 2-10 business day to arrive(depends on your locations).

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a shipping confirmation email, this will include the Tracking Number for your order.

What kind of promotions do you offer?
Due to our promotions changing, we suggest that you sign up for our email list. Our emails will include all of our current promotions, sales, and anything else exciting that is going on.

Are their any restrictions on promotions and/or sales?
Yes, promotions may be limited to purchases from participating brands or items. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply last.

Do you offer a customer rewards program?
Yes! You can join Royalty Rewards and earn 1 point per dollar any way you pay! After 500 points you receive a $25 gift certificate!
