Returns

NO-HASSLE RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on sale merchandise. All items sold on sale are final, no returns please. 

We try to make returns as easy as possible for our customers and are always willing to accommodate your needs.

For in-store and online purchases, returned items must be returned in original condition
(i.e. unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, without make-up and deodorant
stains, and smoke/odor-free) to be accepted.

 

 

To return items purchased online

The item(s) must be received by Brother’s within 14 days of the original delivery date.

You may fill out the return information on the Return and Exchange Form OR you may call us at Brother’s

to verify an return at (337) 984-7749 OR you may email us at shop@brothersontheblvd.com. Customers are

responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returned items, unless there is a problem with the order and

Brother's agrees to pay for return shipping prior to the return being shipped out.

We suggest mailing all returns in the original shipping packaging.

You can also return your online purchases to our storefront On The Boulevard at 101 Arnould Blvd. Lafayette, LA.

Simply bring the items in and we’ll gladly process the request. Don’t forget your invoice!

If any items from the online store are received by Brother’s past the 14-day limit, the items will either be

accepted for a store credit back to the customer or they will be shipped

back to you and the shipping fees will be charged to your original payment method.

 

 

To return items purchased in store

The item(s) must be returned to Brother’s within 7 days of the original purchase date.
After 7 days, you may come in and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
